Injuries amp Caedus. Jaina was stopping him from saving his daughter. He was all out and it ended in a draw.

Caedus repeatedly attempts to disengage from the confrontation. From hooking his lightsaber and trying to leave to just ragdolling her and then leaving. Half the fight he's not even thinking about the duel, he's scared about the weird-ass gene weapon and only gives a shit about leaving.

I can easily point out that Jaina's estimation of herself as being sub-Council is countered by the very performance we discuss; especially if your aforementioned claims of them being equals is true, as by Invincible Caedus is stated to be only stoppable by Luke.

In most cases yes. Caedus is a special one. He's been outright stated and shown to just not be affected by hits like that. He just draws on them and keeps going.

Not really. All the council members did better than Jaina.

Luke's opinion according to his visions is that he's the only one who can for sure beat Caedus. Couple of things.

1. Caedus has only ever survived encounter with council members via luck and circumstance. He has never been able to defeat them even when going in amped.

2. Luke has repeatedly stated at this point in the story that his visions aren't working and he's even worried he can't lead the order anymore.
