Well, first we have to consider the fact that feats such as Kenobi vs PSV are overrated considering that PSV was suffering from physical tiredness, a negative mindset as well as the fact that he was facing an opponent who was very familiar with his overall kit.

Then you have to look at Vader's feats such as:

-tanking powerful force attacks from individuals such as Starkiller, Galen Marek and RotJ Sidious
-his duels vs people such as Galen and ANH Kenobi which (along with accolades) reflect his dueling mastery
-his various offensive force showings

These all indicate that Vader is superior by a significant margin.

There is only one source that depicts Vader as stronger than he was Mustafar which wouldn't include KF Vader. However, the source is clearly operating on the idea that Vader is > ANH Kenobi which is blatantly false and can be dismissed for this reason. Moreover, quotes can easily be brought up to match it given there are sources which place Vader as sub-AOTC Anakin if you really want to have a battle of quotes.

And then you have the idea that Mustafar Vader isn't > ROTS Kenobi.
